Sign & Sail Card

Do the sign & sail cards have your picture in them so they can match them to you when you leave & return on the ship and are they also your keys to your room and match you to a certain room? We are sailing on the Pride in Jan. Thanks.

Yes, the Sail & Sign cards are 'encrypted' with your photo, although it doesn't actually show on your card. It's seen when you put it through the screener to enter or leave the ship.

 

On the new ships, the S&S card is your cabin key. Only a couple of the older ships still use the ving card.

Jo, they are issued when you check in. You should have received a form with your final docs to fill out-tells Carnival what credit card to use, etc.
