How do you know when ............?????

WE are sailing on Christmas eve on the Inspiration, this will be a first time "holiday" cruise for all in our group (4).

Can someone please help? This will be a first time cruise for 2 and a second cruise for the other 2.

How do you know when it's formal night?, or when it's the welcome aboard cocktail party?, or when it's the captain's dinner?, or if there are any "special events" for Christmas.

I know that each day they put a paper in the cabin with what's going to take place the next day. But we are trying to figure out how to pack.

Thanks for all help

My understanding is that Christmas Day will be formal. Christmas Eve will also be dressy for most folks, but not advertised as formal. Since you don't say how many nights you're cruising, it's hard to know the rest of it. Go to the Roll Call Forum for your cruise. I'm sure you'll find your answers there.
