“Surfer” internet promo question

New to MSC and really excited about our upcoming Seaside cruise. Question...we have the surfer promo and I know it’s limited to 2 devices but is it for 2 devices each? Looking at my e tickets the promo is listed under my name as well as the OBC we received, but I am wondering if we BOTH receive the surfer package (for our respective iPad and iPhone, for example) each or do we need to pick one device each?

 

I understand that if we were purchasing the packages outright we would need to each purchase one, but any experience with this as a promo?
