Tipping or?

On Cruises out of Australia its included in the fare as tipping is not part of everyday Australian Culture. ...and what ends up happening is that lots people then still give cash "Thank You's" at the end of the cruise to those staff that had personally served them, so they actually get extra...for our MSC cruise we have just prepaid it with our fare so it is done and dusted and out the way :)

And if it is bundled, or even automatic some will insist that more should be given.

Those that insist should just give what they want and not insist. If it is included in the total cost of a cruise, then each passenger is on their own to do as they wish.

That's how it works in Aus....No pressure to give and those who feel they want to do so privately :)
