We moved our cabin here from 11328 bc of the proximity to elevator to help with distance to elevator. My sister has some mobility issues and being all the what back seemed a little daunting when paired with all other walking involved. The new room is at the elevator but also seems to be almost if not directly under the arcade. Are we in for a terrible cruise? Obviously not our favorite choice but had to be closer to elevator and this was all that was left.

My guess is you should be ok on noise. There'll be people walking above, but no chairs being dragged around or anything. Not sure if you'll hear anything from video games. Guess is you won't, but never been in that cabin, or in the arcade for that matter. Hard to tell from deck plans, but it looks like you're more under the door to the deck or just the corner of the Arcade.

Our last 5 cruises have been on the Oasis class and on deck 14. We have not had any issues w/ noise. We have heard an occasional chair above slide on the floor, but nothing horrible. We spend a lot of time on our balcony and have not had issues w/ noise when sitting on our balcony either.
