Did availability of booking thermal spa and dining change with final payment change

Hi there. Non-Haven. Wondering if timing of the availability to book thermal spa and restaurants has changed with required final payment date change from 90 to 120 days prior to cruise date? In the past I believe those were available to book Upon the required final payment date?

I don’t know about the Spa, but booking of restaurants has never been linked to final payment.

I could book restaurants at 90 days but no option for booking spa passes until about 30 days later

Booked my spa pass at 90 days out. Same with restaurants. Suites I believe get 100 days out.

 

Sadly doubt they'll change that due to final payment dates moving.
