Cancellations for helicopter/Dog Sled is Seward or Stagway. Where should I book?

Hi. My family would like to do a heli/dog sled on our late June cruise. We will be in Seward before the cruise and wondering if I should do the excursion from there or Stagway. Wondering if one cancels more then the other? Would I be able to book last minute in Stagway if the weather did not cooperate in Seward. Any advice would be appreciated.
