Has Carnival started letting you prebook shore excursions with your OBC?

Has Carnival started letting you prebook shore excursions with your OBC before you cruise like RCCL has started doing? I really like being able to do that. Hope Carnival is following RCCl's lead on that. Otherwise, I book else where or wait until I board to book.

Unless you have tons of it the obc will pay for tips first.
