Louand66 Posted March 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Hi All, Had a year off cursing but just booked with the Dream in Sept. Can you soon please tell me the latest Marella tipping policy and also does anybody have a drinks price list for beers and spirits. Many thanks. campolady Posted March 18, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Hi All, Had a year off cursing but just booked with the Dream in Sept. Can you soon please tell me the latest Marella tipping policy and also does anybody have a drinks price list for beers and spirits. Many thanks. Lou Marellas tipping policy is still that gratuities are included in the price - it is entirely up to you whether you like to tip cabin stewards or other crew members who have given you especially good service. The current Dream drinks menu is shown on posts 20 + 21 of this thread https://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=2584084&highlight=Dream+drinks+menu but there is no guarantee that it won't change at the start of the Summer season. John Bull Posted April 2, 2018 #5 Share Posted April 2, 2018 (edited) Don’t go on the dream very poor OP has already booked Dream, so your post is totally pointless. OK, you weren't happy. But the OP needn't worry cos thousands of us have been.:) Get over your angst by venting your spleen in a structured and informative review instead of hanging around on this forum just to slag-off. Then go try another cruise line. I can confirm campolady's post that there's no daily "tips" or drinks service charges on Marella - Marella doesn't have American masters. But most folk put their hands in their pockets at the end of the cruise for their cabin steward, waiters, or anyone else who goes above-and-beyond. Ska man Posted April 2, 2018 #7 Share Posted April 2, 2018 We also have been on the dream a few times and found it good, the first time we did our homework so we knew how old she was,and what to expect, we also tip on board the night before we go to the staff that have served us,and we leave a tip in the cabin for the staff,
Louand66 Posted April 2, 2018 Author #8 Share Posted April 2, 2018 Thank you for your replied all. We travelled on the Dream a few years ago and she is what she is. However the crew were amazing and full deserved their tips. Cant wait to get back on board and in the sun.
