It's another whiny post about RCCL's unfriendly website design! ;p Am I missing something, or does our beverage package purchase not show up in planner? It seems very willing to allow me to buy it again, but we already paid for it in December and I have the receipt to show it. Once I was in the cruise planner in the upper right there is an "Order History" and I found all of my purchases in there.
