Refreshement package question

The description has language of the following - At night, pull up a seat at the bar and order your choice of non-alcoholic cocktails.

I'm assuming you can get virgin drinks 24/7, not just at night? But I don't want to assume.

You should be able to get non-alcoholic beverages at any bar while they are open. Some bars just don't open until the evening. The more popular ones like the pool bar, Schooner, and a few others are usually open by late morning.
