Best kayak tours in Alaska!?!?

My sister and I are going to Alaska in September! We are looking to kayak and hopefully see whales!

 

Can't decide which port will be the best place to be able to see them! Anyone have any recommendations?

 

Ports include : Victoria, Skagway, Juneau and Ketchikan

Whale watching in Juneau.

 

I've only kayaked in Ketchikan so can only recommend that port.

Are you asking whete you might see whales WHILE kayaking?

Southeast Sea Kayaking out of Ketchikan. When we did their tour (and we were the only 2 guests!) we saw a humpback close by and then his/her tail even closer! It was very cool! They are a great company that offers many varied options.
