Have a cruise next April on the Anthem in a grand suite. Dining reservations have just opened up but a do not see a Costal Kitchen choice to pick? What to do, to put our reservations/ time in the system?

Coastal Kitchen reservations can be made through the Concierge. You should receive an email about a week before your sailing.

 

Since it's the Anthem, you may end up being able to make reservations through your Cruise Planner, but it's simply too early now.
