Wrong D.O.B

Got my tickets through for cruise in 20 days time and for some reason my wife and my daughters dates of birth have switched. Wife is 22.05 and daughter 27.04 but now showing 27.05 and 22.04. Can’t get in touch with MSC, waited 2 hours on Friday. Tried web check in and can change everything on there other than dates of birth. Any ideas folks ?

You need to call MSC. Try off-peak hours to reach a customer rep with

little or no waiting time.

All 4 of our birthdates were off by 1-2 days when I booked. I contacted MSCExistingReservations@msccruisesusa.com and it was resolved in about 15 minutes.
