We booked it about 10 days before our trip. They responded immediately and asked if we could possibly do the tour a day earlier, as they already had a group formed for that day. I told them we already had another tour booked so we couldn't switch. In the end we had a tour on the day we wanted for just the two of us.

 

I was very pleased at how quick and easy it was to communicate with them beforehand, and how much we enjoyed the food and the tour.
