Which Hotel in Vancouver

Since every single downtown hotel is convenient for the pier (many walkable, and at worst a cab ride costing in the CAD$10-15 range as the whole inhabited downtown peninsula is barely 2 miles long and the pier is just about in the middle...) you are honestly better comparing TripAdvisor, Expedia and other generic travel sites with hotel reviews than asking here, where you limit your responses to just cruisers.

Only you know what you mean by 'reasonable' too - based on what I see posted regularly on here in response to queries of this type, anything from $120 to $400 a night is 'reasonable' to CC members!

We went for a very basic hotel .. no free breakfast, no pool, no elevator, average reviews, on a street with some shopping and restaurants. It is about a mile from the cruise port, so will require cab to the port with luggage. We made the reservation about a year ago. Barclay Hotel on Robson St. cost..for two nights was 220.91 Canadian Dollars
