Royal App for Online Check-in

arg... Received a text about a last chance for a quick check in for our cruise this Sunday. i have downloaded the mobile app on my iphone to do online check in. Where do i find the option to scan my passport?

 

I see where it says "View SetSail Pass" and when I touch that it says it is unable to display and to proceed to the check in counter... I have already printed out hard copy of setsail, perhaps that is why??

The check in via the app is new so there’s little feedback.

 

Biker, who would chalk it up to an IT issue.
