On BLISS starting August 25th - What are people wearing ?

Thinking of packing everything from Shorts/T-Shirts to long pants and sweatshirts. Any advice ? Bring hiking boots and long pants for shore excursions. Are people using the outdoor pools on the ship ?

We just returned from the Bliss. The pools were used the first sea day and that was basically it. Some people braved the cold weather on the last day. I brought along some long sleeve shirts to wear on the ship and never wore them. I only wore shorts on the first day (Sunday) , but some people wore shorts for most of the cruise

The [heated] outdoor pools and hot tubs were in use most days on our June 2nd cruise. The weather was in the 50s with a sting breeze (wind chill) over open decks.

 

So,,, on glacier watching day, if you are out on deck (which is the only way to do that afternoon) you’ll want a coat, gloves and a hat. With ice all around and wind from the ship’smovement, it will be very cold.
