Question on Chefs table planning

We are huge fans of the Chefs Table. Our next cruise is only a 4 day out of Miami with day 2 in Key West, day three in Cozumel which is from 12 to 10 at night, day 4 is fun day at sea then back to Miami. Question is, when do you suppose they hold the Chefs Table dinner? My concern is the Cozumel day when we are in port pretty much all day where I would hate to cut the day short just for the Chefs Table. Our last cruise the dinner was on the elegant night so Im thinking chances are it would be held again on elegant night considering the itinerary. Thought?

Since it's a short cruise & the dinner sometimes fills up quickly I recommend that you sign up now & ask what night it will be as soon as you board. If there's a conflict I believe you can cancel with 24 hours notice without a charge.

Perhaps ask the question on a Roll Call for an earlier sailing of your ship and itinerary. Someone could at least check.
