My area paper is giving out buy one person get the second fare for free. Has anyone ever heard of this? I know it is only for inside /outside, it says no blackout dates. Has anyone used one?

Usually, 2 for 1 offers are off of the brochure price, and you wind up paying as much as or more than the going rate. Check the fine print.

as the previous poster stated usually on brochure rate and no one pays that. You can get much better deals any day of the week from a good cruise agent, and on the cabin class you want

I have booked on NCL Spirit this August and I looked all over for cheaper fares than NCL had. They were not cheaper anywhere except by about $60 if the agent took less of a commission. Am I doing something wrong or is it true agents can't sell NCL for bargain prices?

NCL's policy is that lower prices cannot be advertised, so if you're looking on the web, prices should be pretty consistent. If you're looking for lower prices, you'll need to make some phone calls.
