Wine & Other Activities on Extended Cruises

We're on Insignia from Jan. 30 departing LA to Mar. 4 when we arrive in Sydney. This will include I think 18 sea days, which we love. But we're wondering: when there are this many sea days, does O lay on extra wine / food or other activities? We've done the "Wine Tasting 101" experience several times, and are hoping for something more interesting or in-depth than we've previously experienced on R ships.

We did this trip earlier this year -going the opposite way. For sea days add the International Date Line crossing festivities, the always popular Country Fair (yay! Whack-a-Waiter is back) and boat building contest plus extra tasting events. Really not too much down time on those sea days.

Don't forget Trivia, Stitch'n'Bitch and gym classes.
