Royal website log in issue

Trying to log in to Royals website and I get a message that says we are improving your account and to sign in how I would- then it's says sorry that email address is associated to an account....yea it is to me!!!  Anyone else having this issue? Should I creat a new account???

 

I'd call Royal customer service, maybe they can fix your existing account.
