Europe 2020 Cruisetour bookings not open?

I was able to take advantage of the elite early booking window for Enchanted Princess June 18; but I can’t see the corresponding Cruisetour? (Venice/Florence/Rome pre- cruise).   Anyone have experience as to when the Cruisetour will open?  The preliminary info posted here the last few weeks puts it a little out of my budget but I did want to see the details and specific price.
