If the pool deck still has the Squeeze juice bar.  Not sure if this still exists on all Freedom class ships.

Both still and sparkiling included.  No choice in the brands (except not Evian) and they vary.

so we're on the NOTS in March and I understand that a Starbucks will be added. will the package still work with them, and if not what options are available for specialty drinks

When a ship has a real licensed Starbucks venue, the beverage packages do not include that venue.  Navigator will still offer specialty coffees at Cafe Promenade, which will be covered by the beverage packages.
