cunard roll calls keep showing error messages - what's the problem?

What does error 2F173/1 mean?  How is it resolved?  I am sailing soon on QM2  and cannot get past the error message.  I am logged in so that is not the problem.

Have you tried positively logging out and then logging back in again?
