Thirty miles an hour on canopy tour?!

We'll be on the O'dam for the 2/4 sailing and are interested in the de los Veranos Canopy Tour in Puerto Vallarta. However their web page says you move along at 30 miles an hour! How can you see the scenery at this speed? Has anyone taken this canopy tour who can recommend it (or not)?
