vsp441 Posted January 15, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2006 I am going to Cayo Lavantado in Feb. and have never been there. There isn't much on the web as far as information about this place. Has anyone ever been there? What is there to do other than hang'n on the beach? I know that Whale Watching is popular, but I am looking for more options. Please respond. Nickymjw1 Posted January 27, 2006 #2 Share Posted January 27, 2006 Hi, there is another thread under the "Dominica" port of call threads. There are several people that are on the 1/21 sailing, so they should be able to give us an update next week when they are back. I am going to post on their roll call to make sure they give us an update!
newmexicoNita Posted February 8, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 8, 2006 Hi, there is another thread under the "Dominica" port of call threads. There are several people that are on the 1/21 sailing, so they should be able to give us an update next week when they are back. I am going to post on their roll call to make sure they give us an update! Dominica and Dominican Republic are 2 totally different islands. Dominica is in the southern Caribbean and Dominican Republic shares the island with Haiti. Many cruisers think they are one in the same. I too, would like to know something about Cayo Lanatado.
