Seems like the best one would be to simply save a copy of the pdf to your phone or even print it out so you don't even need the app:

There seems to be a problem with this one, for the map on the top left, you can't read the text.

Found the updated version of the deck plans, it's well hidden on princess.com under onesource:travel agents:

Too small when printed so looks like it has to be on the phone.
