We have done this before and spent the day at Trunk Bay, loved it.  It is listed for my upcoming cruise and its only 4 hours; seems it was longer last time we went.  Has anyone done this excursion recently?  Could you tell me what time you left and when you returned?  We are debating either just doing it ourselves, or maybe spending the day at Water Island.  We are at Crown Bay and there are 6 ships in port that day, 4 at Havensight and the Symphony of the Seas at our dock.  I am worried that it will be a hassle getting to Red Hook and then getting back from there to Crown Bay in the afternoon, but I also think a 4 hour trip to St John is kind of a waste of time once you factor in both ferries and a taxi to the beach.  Thoughts, anyone??
