Ft Lauderdale after cruise

To kill some time between debarkation & later departure times, we have taken the Water Taxi to Hollywood Beach ... or the inexpensive Sun Trolley that runs from 17th down to the beach and to a mall at the end of the line.  Both were relaxing and scenic.

What day of the week?

If it is a Saturday or Sunday, most definitely brunch.  Take a look at:

Yolo

Royal Pig

Big City Tavern

Etaru

Boathouse

Louie Bossi

Cafe Europa

B Square

Roccos Tacos

El Camino

If it is the first Sunday of the month, grab a beach towel and hit the Publix on Andrews for some fried chicken and a bottle of wine (they sell collapsable coolers for under $3) and go to Lexus Sunday in the Park Jazz.  Sit along the Riverwalk and enjoy some music.

Either way, unless it is raining or 400 degrees, dine alfresco and enjoy the scene.
