I imagine that the TA made it right, so there is nothing the OP needs help with or a shoulder to cry on.  

 

Another reason not to get to wrapped up in the details of stories you read on the internet.

 

Since RCI has been known to cancel bookings by acciddent or computer glitch, I think the justification to only book thru the cruiseline is not a perfect solution, especially when people save often hundreds of dollars booking with a TA.
