Global Entry at Port Canaveral

I have read conflicting reports that people have been able to use GE at Port Canaveral. That they have asked and then been shown to the front of the line.

 

How does The Key work for debarkation? I have read that after breakfast they are show out a different door where the luggage is waiting. But at that point do you have to get on the end of the line for customs?
