Reciprocity fee for Santiago

Hi, am confused as to whether we as Aussies will have to pay the Chilean reciprocity fee when on Princess cruisetour. We will be flying from Perth to BA with brief stopover in Santiago (one ticket so presumably in transit) and then will finish up cruise in Santiago where we will do a day tour and then fly to Lima. I am assuming we don't pay as transit on way in, but what happens once on cruisetour, is that taken care of by our payment to Princess?
