Hawaii - Use of NCL Marriott check in

Do you have to book the Marriott in HNL through the cruiseline in order to use the NCL Marriott check in desk? Is it true that you can also make your dinner reservations there instead of waiting till you are on the ship? If so, it might be worth the extra $$s for the hotel! Please advise. Thank you!

You do not need to book the Marriott through NCL nor do you have to stay there to use the NCL office in he Marriott Lobby.

We did try to make a dinner reservation for the first night in Le Bistro through this office and discovered the ship had not received our request. So, if you do try to make a reservation there it might be best to verify it when you arrive on board.
