Haven 3rd guests

This may be a dumb question but if a cruise does not have free 3rd and 4th guests offers, does an infant still get charged full price in the Haven categories? Seems crazy but maybe that's NCL's way to deter families from booking the Haven. I wish they had more cruises with the Kids Sail Free promo :-(

I'm not sure about infants, but we just added a 3rd person to our Haven suite and it was $500 something plus taxes/fees, so about $800 total.  I would go ahead and call to ask, I would think it might be different for infants?

Infant gets charged the full price that any other 3rd or 4th passenger in the cabin would. But on the cruises we've taken with kids that price has been about $500 plus tax/fees. Not in the ballpark of first or second passenger rates.

The only discount for an infant is that they don't charge DSC for kids under 3. We've cruised with kids ranging from 9 months to 4 years.
