tenpin Posted April 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2019 This June I lose 27950 points from my Costa club points so much for staying loyal to any Company even though we still retain Diamante membership I no longer want to cruise with them after 30years plus. The way they are now treating guests who cruised with them for years but as we get older can no longer cruise as much as we would like to, we are not worth considering as loyal customers. Having written to complain about this treatment of valued guests their response has bee appalling, while we both loved the multu culture of Costa from now on we will be cruising from Southampton & a line that still values loyalty. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

tenpin Posted April 17, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted April 17, 2019 That is exactly why I am in this position, five cruises with them in 2016 one in 17 then fell ill unable to do the cruises booked for remainder of 2017 and none last year.
