We received a substantial OBC gift from friends.  What happens to the balance if not all used?

from what I understand that would be considered "refundable OBC" so if you did not use it all you would receive a refund on your balance. How long that takes I don't know, and I believe it is by check.

oh that's a good question, hadn't thought of that but I am fairly confident it goes back to you as it was a "gift" to you. I'm sure there are others on here with more knowledge than me that will chime in soon and correct me if I'm wrong. But you may be able to find ways to spend that OBC & not worry about the refund lol Maybe go to a specialty restaurant you hadn't planned on doing but since you have the "free" money why not. Or buy that jewelry you were eyeing 😉 either way, have a great cruise!!!!

If you haven't pre-paid the DSC and it actually is refundable then it would be considered balance to be applied to the DSC as well...
