Beach and/or Pool

Hello all,

 

     My wife and I are sailing the Eastern Caribbean itinerary Dec. 7th on the Carnival Breeze, and have just started doing research on ports of call. I have read that there is a beach at Amber Cove, and also a pool nearby. Are either or both of these recommended?

There really isn't a very nice beach near the port. The pool area is nice though. It is large, has a lazy river, water slides, several different pools, swim up bar, zip line, etc. You can rent a cabana there as well, or just pay $20 for a large umbrella. The loungers are free.
