Adventure of Seas - Cape Liberty transfer question

Travelling on Adventure in June out of Cape Liberty.  The transfer from Newark airport has been on a waitlist for quite a while.  Assuming this does not clear, is UBER a good second choice?  Never had a transfer waitlisted so far out before the cruise.

We took Uber from a hotel just outside the airport, so I presume that getting an Uber pickup at the airport would not be a problem.
