Voom Internet on Harmony of the Seas

Taking two teenage Grandkids on the Harmony.  They both have Apple phones.  How well does Facetime, Instagram etc work on the ship both at sea and in port.  Need to know before I purchase.  Thanks.

Voom on Harmony works quite well, one of the better Voom experiences in the fleet.  Voom will work for the duration of the cruise at sea or in port but all satellite internet will potentially slow down at certain times such as heavy rain clouds in the sky. 

 

Voom should work in port while you are on the ship.  Once you leave the ship in port Voom does nothing for you, you would need a cellular connection and international coverage from your cell phone provider.
