After NCL Update Today, June 2/19

FYI: I called  NCL after the update they did today, and the cruise consultant I spoke to was unable to "see" either one of our cruises, so she put me on hold to get a supervisor. When she came back to the phone she said the supervisor could "see" our cruises but the cruise consultant was still unable to "see" them, therefore, we couldn't make any changes. I told her I was concerned about her not being able to access our cruises and she said that she thought everything would be fixed tomorrow.

I noticed that our 2 Alaska cruises now have a Past Guest Offer of an extra point per night, I thought I would be able to get them to add it on, but, I was told they would have to re-price the cruises because we are within 19 days 😞

It would cost more to have the cruises re-priced.
