Paradise beach last minute info please

We dock in Cozumel tomorrow morning. Thinking about paradise beach. But after a disappointing day in costa maya from the sea weed, we are concerned about the amount of sea weed at paradise beach. Has anyone recently been? Thoughts on the amount of sea weed? Thank you

If there was seaweed at Costa Maya then probably not at Paradise Beach since it is the opposite coast but you will see the general  state of things as you dock.

 

it will depend on recent currents and storms but never as prolonged as east coasts.

We were just there last week.  They had workers in the water and along the shoreline collecting seaweed.  It was minimal but did make the shallow water murky.  The deeper water was fine with clumps floating.  Overall, we still consider Paradise Beach a great day for the price!
