SempreMare Posted July 21, 2019 #1 Share Posted July 21, 2019 A while back I was searching for something Juneau-related on Twitter and tripped across Coppa ice cream / coffee shop in Juneau. They seem like exactly the type of business I like to give my $ to: 1) Their product looks excellent. 2) It's homemade, probably not full of crap chemicals (I've become allergic to propylene glycol, an ingredient in antifreeze and an emulsifier in some desserts) 3) They do creative things that make me curious about them (spruce tip ice cream / rhubarb ice cream) 4) They give back to their community Anyone been there? strobellayjam Posted July 27, 2019 #2 Share Posted July 27, 2019 We didn't go to their bricks & mortar location but had a chance to try their yummy ice cream from their food cart that we randomly came across while walking through d/t Juneau. Definitely had some unique flavours with local Alaskan twist. I had birch butter pecan (shown in the pic) and my hubby had spruce tip.
