Excursion problems...

Hi all. Just getting ready and organised for our cruise on 9th Aug and tried to log into the excursion planner to double check what we had already booked and paid for (2 excursions). One is the Dubrovnik Game of Thrones walking tour but I can't remember the name of the other! Anyway, I am unable to log in as it is too close to the sail date and the earliest date it will now accept is 11th Aug.

 

I have received no email confirmation (unless it went to spam and was auto deleted after 60 days) of these bookings and wanted to re-print or at least screen grab the confirmation as the Marella FAQs say that the email confirmation of the booking should be taken with you as proof of purchase!

 

I have called customer service who say they don't deal with ship excursions, it is now done in store. I have called the store and they said they cannot access my excursions and that the print off is not necessary as the tickets for excursions will be put in our cabins the night before/morning of the excursion. Can anyone confirm this?

 

I would be happier if someone at Marella could at least confirm they are booked before we go!

Yes, tickets magically appear in your cabin the evening before your booked excursions.

You will defo have had an email confirmation when you booked them. Everytime you make a change you get an email within minutes so its simple just to check your junk mail every time.

Re check the ones you have. As Tizzy says your tickets will be in your cabin when you board if not go up to destination services desk in reception. You will also have an amount coming out of your card account tou paid for them with made out to Tui this is also your evidence of booking trips.

Can anyone tell me when marella excursions go on sale, they used to be on sale a long while before the sail date,

I was wondering that too, so will be interested to see any replies

We have been able to book excursions on our last 2 cruises as soon as we have booked cruise.

Both of which were booked months in advance
