jgreenwo17 Posted August 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 5, 2019 I'm a newbie to NCL and am perplexed that there aren't a lot of shore excursions for the day we arrive in the canal zone. Only one excursion! All the other ports have many shore excursions. I've read that there are a lot of fun things to do in a few hours. Why aren't they there? Thanks in advance, Greenie in Salt Lake
FranknBeans Posted August 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 5, 2019 One of the main problems is that the ship very easily be delayed and have its spot moved from the canal sailing
zqvol Posted August 6, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 6, 2019 There are usually quiet a few excursions. I suspect that they will appear soon. The only excursions that you can take are ship's excursions. There are now private excursions in the canal zone, though if you get back to Colon with enough time there may be some there.
