Refundable deposit back on "Sail"?

DON'T GET YOUR HOPES TOO HIGH - but now that the August promotion has started, it seems like it is possible to book the "Sail" rate with refundable deposit.

This MIGHT just be a website glitch while the inventory turns over to the new promotion, but as of this moment, I'm able to book a "Sail" rate with refundable deposit. I tested it on three different cruises sailing in different months on Celebrity's website, same result with all three cruises. The "Sail Plus" doesn't give me two perks of my choice, however.

Celebrity's marketing material for August doesn't mention any changes regarding "Sail" coupled with NRD: http://creative.rccl.com/Sales/Celebrity/General_Info/Flyers/CEL_August_Offer_SailYourWay_Plus_Savings_Generic.pdf.
