Charges on room/keycard (Merchant Classification)

Are all my charges i make (at a special restaurant/drinks/clothes/laundry) billed from Holland America (and entitled to travel category points), or are they individualized? Need to decide which card to apply to the room keycard account. Hoping to go on our first cruise aug 25 on the HAL Oosterdam...

Yes, all charges are billed from Holland America. At the end of the cruise the final amount is what is billed - it's not billed daily.
