Question Regarding Sauna/steamroom On Zuiderdam

Both the thermo suites and Hydropool areas were coed when I was on the Zuiderdam New Years cruise, unless I was in the wrong spot. But then both areas were closed after the second day for the duration of the cruise due to the Norovirus. When I did visit the one day when opened, both areas had both male and female visitors, and there did not appear to be any other sauna or steam room areas outside of the thermo suites that I knew of.

Sounds like we're talking about two different amenities.

I have not been on the ship in question, but other ships, not HAL. On those ships there were free steam rooms/sauna areas in each of the dressing rooms at the pool, men's and women's. ]

This was not the same as the fee required use of the special Tpool with sauna area.

Is that how it is on Hal?

I'd read here on CC today that the price for the spa package of Tpool and sauna was high, but that if you ASK you can get them priced separately.
