specialty coffee?

Quick question.

My husband and I have the premium plus beverage package on our sky cruise in Nov. We booked when it was "open bar" and then there were take all 5 free so we got upgraded and think the additional gratuities are probably worth it for the water alone.  My question is, what is considered "specialty coffee"?

Any regular coffee that you don't get at the self service machines in the buffet or bars.  So cappuccino and things like that.
