Allure - specialty restaurants menus and opening times

Hello all!

 

I am booked on the March 1 2020 transatlantic of Allure (12 nights) and I was wondering about specialty dining. I am new to Royal Caribbean therefore all your advice are highly appreciated. I see there are 8 venues: 150CP, Chops, Izumi, Izumi Hibachi, Giovanni's, Samba, Sabor, Johnny rockets. Do you have any ideas which ones will be open for both lunch and dinner and which ones only for dinner? Also, I heared that the lunch menu is usually different (reduced) compared to the dinner menu. si this valid for all the restaurants? Finally, is Hibachi Experience now included in the Unlimited Dining Package?

Hibachi is included with the UDP.

About 2 months out, the RCI app should have some of this info.
